Semi-Finals: RCL Dangels v Zürich Valkyries

Also in 2023, the Dangels were able to bring the semi-finals to Lucerne. After a perfect season with 10 wins and an unbelievable 50 points they were on the top of the league and thus met the Valkyries from Zurich on May 13th.
Just in time for the kick-off, the floodgates of heaven opened and it was raining cats and dogs for most of the game. The Zurich team didn’t make it easy for the Dangels either and remained stubborn in defence, tight in the line and strong in tackles. So the Dangels had to play one of their best games of the season to succeed because the victory could only be achieved with team spirit.
In the end, the Dangels won 37-0 and secured their place in the final on June 10 in Yverdon-les-Bains.
