Hello Everyone,
Well it is almost that time of year again for the most important event on the RCL calendar. Yes, this years Rugby Club Luzern Cricket Day is just around the corner and this year it will be held on Saturday, August 15th 2009, starting at 10:00 am, in front of the Verkehrshaus in Luzern.
The format is the same as usual, with the designated captains setting up and running the teams. At this stage we have the VB team, captained by Captain-Cake-Man Shane. What special hair cuts will they carry this year? Then there is the Swiss team with their captain Cheesy-head Hanni and their top all-rounder King Kuno and world class spinner, Muhammad Hasabigen El Hak Huggy. And of course there is Andre’s team, with their mix of experience and youth and there will be a fourth team (to be anounced).
Remember everyone is welcome, so if you do not have an allegiance with one of the above mention captains, just come on down and we will assign you to a team on the day.
Note: As always if it is shit weather, we will postpone the day to a later date. (Check with your captains if the weather looks doubtful).
